Ashleigh Smiley
she/her
Ashleigh received her BS in Religious Studies from Central Michigan University, enriched by coursework in social work and human behavior. With over 10 years of experience in event management, volunteer coordination, fundraising, and administration, no project is too complex for her mastery of strategic planning, unparalleled passion for networking, and emotional intelligence.
At the core of Ashleigh's mission is a commitment to decolonization, anti-racism, and economic empowerment. Her natural ability to connect with others and bring communities together, coupled with her expertise of internal systems and software management, make her an invaluable asset to growing nonprofits and budding businesses.
Her professional journey includes roles at Agrace, Boys and Girls Clubs of Dane County, and Little John’s, where she prioritized individual needs, implemented software enhancements, and maximized productivity for C-suite executives, colleagues, and hundreds of volunteers.
Cassandra Griffin

Cassandra holds a BS in Organizational Behavior & Leadership from Edgewood College, complemented by a certificate in LGBTQ+ Allyship from Lakeland University. With 16 years of leadership experience, her expertise spans from managing teams to coaching executive leaders, offering clients a comprehensive skill set to navigate every stage of their organizational journey.
At the heart of Cassandra's professional ethos lies a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Passionate about fostering safe, inclusive, and equitable workspaces, Cassandra partners with leaders to cultivate environments where every team member can thrive and contribute meaningfully.
Cassandra's professional tenure includes positions at Public Health Madison Dane County-WIC, Agrace, and The University of Wisconsin – Madison. Since 2022, she has served as a private consultant, specializing in pivotal areas such as employee relations, leadership coaching, web design, and marketing and branding.
Mustang Christie

Mustang holds a BA in Writing from Grand Valley State University, complemented by a certificate in Grant Writing from UW-Eau Claire. With 11 years of experience in marketing, communications, and fund development in a range of fields, they are a diversified powerhouse capable of researching, strategizing, creating, analyzing, and growing, only flourishing more within the grip of constraints.
The success of Mustang’s projects comes from their compassionate active listening and keen attention to detail. Dedicated to authenticity, Mustang collaborates with dreamers and doers to grow their brand or promote their mission in a way that is sustainable and honorable.
Mustang’s experiences have ranged from newspapers, marketing agencies, and prominent nonprofits such as the YMCA of Greater Michiana, Boys & Girls Clubs of Dane County, and Operation Fresh Start. Since 2017, they have provided freelance services for numerous entrepreneurs and in 2024, they launched their own photography business.
